“When you drop a playing card on the table”, you demonstrate to a spectator, “it lands on 1 side or the other. Can you drop it, from a height of at least 1 foot, so it lands on its edge?”Bend the card (90 degrees, widthwise). Carefully drop it and it should land on edge! It’s best to use a joker, so you don’t ruin a good card. You can also do this with a business card, index card, small piece of cardboard, etc.
